  • Wrong product is delivered

• Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

• Material must be unused and in original condition

• Sand, stone chips, bricks, cement, and coal once used or unloaded

• Custom or bulk orders

? Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refunds will be made via original payment mode or bank transfer
